Please be aware that after 17th December 2021 the Erewash vaccination programme will end.

After this date, to book a COVID-19 vaccine (1st, 2nd or Booster doses) you will need to call 119 or use the National Booking System on the NHS website. Please find a guide on how to use the national booking system here: joinedupcarederbyshire.co.uk/how-book-vaccination

Unfortunately, your GP Practice will be unable to book your COVID-19 vaccine appointment for you after 13th December2021. For any support with appointment booking please call 119. Your GP Practice will direct you to this number if you contact them.
